This policy describes the Health Innovation Blog website and its current functions. The publisher is Health Innovation Blog. Contact the publication through the editorial form.
Editorial submissions
The corrections form collects a page address, a message, and an optional reply email. The submission is stored in the publication's private database for editorial handling. Do not provide medical results, symptoms, identifiers, credentials, financial records, or other sensitive information. This is not a medical-record service.
Search and technical requests
Search terms are sent to the website to retrieve matching articles. Do not search using private medical details or personal identifiers. The server processes ordinary connection information needed to deliver and protect the site, including requested URLs, IP addresses, browser information, timestamps, and errors. Search terms may appear in request logs.
Cookies and limited analytics
The site uses security cookies for forms and authenticated administration. There is no public account registration. Google Analytics is enabled only when this publication has its own measurement identifier configured. When enabled, the site sends a manual page-view event with only the origin and path of the page and referrer; query strings and fragments are removed. Searches made on this site are therefore not included in those page-view fields. The site tag disables Google Signals and ad-personalization signals. Google may process cookies, browser or device information, and event information under its own privacy practices. We do not use this service to create health-related audiences or target advertising.
Access, retention, and requests
Editorial records are accessible to authorized administrators and included in protected backups. Retain them only while needed for editorial and operational purposes; review unresolved submissions periodically. Use the contact form to request correction or deletion of a submission, with enough information to locate it without resending sensitive data. Backup copies may persist until scheduled rotation.
External websites and limits
Linked websites have their own privacy practices. No online system can promise absolute security. We do not claim HIPAA compliance or provide a protected medical communication channel.
